Renting and community participation are prerequisites to owning one of the 11 ‘more affordable’ condos.

Before making a substantial investment in buying one of these ‘more affordable’ condos, each new community member must rent one of these available condos for 1 year (or more). During this rental period, the renter will have the option to participate in community activities. To qualify to buy one of the available condos the renter would need to participate in monthly community meals/events for a minimum of 6 consecutive months during this rental period and be an actively participating community member at the time of purchase.

When qualified to buy one of the ‘more affordable’ condos, the community member may select from any of the available ‘more affordable’ condos, not just the condo currently being rented.

Once, a condo is purchased, the community member may continue achieve monthly payment savings by participating in community activities.
